1. Check the flipping drive of the robot welding positioner
(1) The tilt drive should be stable, without shaking under load, and the entire machine will not overturn. When the load Q exceeds 25 kilograms, it should have a power drive function.
(2) Limiting devices should be installed to control the inclination angle, and angle indicator signs should be provided.
(3) The tilting mechanism should have self-locking function, not sliding under load, and be safe and reliable.
2. Check the rotating drive motor of the robot welding positioner
(1) The rotary drive motor needs to achieve stepless speed regulation and braking.
(2) Within the rotational speed range, the speed fluctuation under load shall not exceed 5%.
3. Other important notes
(1) The displacement machine should be equipped with conductive devices to prevent welding current from passing through transmission parts such as bearings and gears. The resistance of the conductive device shall not exceed 1 m Ω, and its capacity shall meet the requirements of the welding rated current.
(2) The control part of the positioner should be equipped with a linkage interface for automatic welding.
(3) The structure of the workbench must be conducive to the installation of workpieces or fixtures, and its structural form can also be confirmed through consultation with the user.
(4) The accurate data of the load, eccentricity, and center of gravity distance of the welding positioner should be clearly stated in the instruction manual of the positioner.
